RE: Employee Referral Program
Squillion Systems LLC.has instituted an Employee Referral Program. This program is effective immediately. The terms of the program are listed below:
Any employee may refer a candidate for any open position within our company. The referring employee will be eligible for a bonus of $100 if the candidate is hired, after the candidate completes 90 days of employment.
Current Open Position:Software Developer, Applications (Java). Develop, design, build, create and modify Java and J2EE applications. Help analyze user needs and develop solutions and modifications as needed to correct or adapt systems for performance improvements. Assist with design and help customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Assist in implementing and improving analytic solutions and analyzing and designing databases within an application area. May work individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
Req: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Comp Sci, Comp App or rel/equiv and 2 yrs of experience in Engineering, Comp Sci, Computer App or rel/equiv roles.
Applicants must have experience with Java application development including associated frameworks, interfaces and tools. Experience with Weblogic, Hadoop, and HTML. Experience can be gained before, during or after degree.
Travel or relocation to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. required.
